Mobile charging for Mercedes-Benz

Out of charge in a Mercedes-Benz? We bring the charge to you. If the car will not unlock, tell dispatch; we may combine a jump-start with a charge.

Connector

Mercedes EQ models sold in the US use CCS1. Mercedes-Benz has announced J3400 (NACS) adoption for future models and adapter access for current owners.

Charge port

Most EQ models place the port on the passenger-side rear. Confirm on your vehicle, since body style can change the position.

Charging behavior

EQS and EQE models precondition the battery when routing to a charger and can accept high DC rates on compatible stations.

Why Mercedes-Benz drivers call us
  • Long highway trips with a high cruise speed
  • Charging session failures at third-party stations
  • Keyless entry problems when the 12V is low

Connector and port details vary by model year and market. Your owner’s manual is the final word.
