Service requests

Submitting a form prepares an email; it does not create a booking. A job is accepted only when dispatch confirms it with you by phone or email.

Pricing

Mobile charging is $175, jump-start $140 and both together $195. Towing is $150 + $10 per mile; lockout $140; tire change $130; fuel delivery $150 including 3 gallons; winch-out $200. Battery installation is $195, excluding the battery. Scheduled, fleet and event work is quoted before dispatch.

Arrival times

Arrival times are averages, 30–45 minutes in metro areas and up to 90 minutes in outlying areas, and are not guaranteed.

Safety

In an emergency or when in moving traffic, call 911 first. Technicians may decline work they judge unsafe.
