What this site collects
Online booking collects your name, phone, email, vehicle, roadside location and optional notes. When you submit a booking request, these details are stored directly in VoltRescue’s booking database for our team to review. Booking does not send an email or require your mail app. Contact and fleet inquiry forms still prepare an email in your own mail app; those messages are not sent until you send them.
Payments and booking status
Payment takes place on Square’s hosted checkout, not on this website. We do not collect or store card details. A saved request or opened checkout is not proof of payment or a confirmed dispatch time. Our team reviews the saved booking, verifies payment in Square and confirms service with you.
How we use what you send
Details you send by email or phone are used to respond, dispatch service and keep job records. We do not sell personal information.
Third parties
Links to maps and government sites open those services, which have their own policies. Analytics and review integrations are not yet active; this section will be updated if that changes.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you sent by emailing us.
