Most stranded electric cars are not broken. They are out of energy, or their 12-volt battery has gone flat. Towing a healthy car to a charger costs time and money. We started VoltRescue to fix the simpler problem where it happens: on the shoulder, in the garage, at the curb.
We publish our prices, tell callers a realistic arrival estimate rather than a best case, and say no when a job is outside what we can safely do.
