Lucid Air uses CCS1. Lucid Gravity uses the J3400 (NACS) port. Check your model before calling.

Lucid Air places the port on the driver-side front fender.
Charging behavior
Lucid vehicles use a very high-voltage architecture. On lower-voltage chargers the car steps up the voltage internally, so charging speed varies widely with the equipment used.
