Mobile charging for Audi

Out of charge in a Audi? We bring the charge to you. Not sure which flap is DC? Look for the larger combo inlet, or ask dispatch.

Connector

Audi EVs sold in the US use CCS1. Audi has announced J3400 (NACS) adoption for future models.

Charge port

Q8 e-tron and the older e-tron have charge doors on both front fenders, but DC fast charging is only available on one side depending on market and version. Q4 e-tron uses a single port on the passenger-side rear. e-tron GT also has doors on both sides; check which accepts DC.

Charging behavior

Audi's premium models precondition the pack when routing to a charger and accept high DC rates on compatible equipment.

Why Audi drivers call us
  • Charging at the wrong door on dual-flap models
  • Highway range lower than expected at speed
  • Low 12V voltage preventing startup

Connector and port details vary by model year and market. Your owner’s manual is the final word.
